Please, keep in mind that the average minimum wait time to receive a completed picture is around one week, the maximum wait is around two weeks. Depending on the wait list or complexity of the picture, it may take longer but please be patient.

Some of you might have questions about my work or commission related things. This is here to answer some of your questions, provided that the question you're asking is here in the list. If you have any more questions I will add them to the list.

Questions Related to My Work
- What kind of tablet do you use? I own a Wacom Intuos Pro, size medium
- What program do you use? I use Photoshop CC6
- What are your go-to sizes to work with? My resolutions are usually turned down to 72dpi for the finished work to post. The original work is always set at 300dpi. I usually work with 3000 pixels in the longest length, sometimes more.
Questions Related to Commissions
- What is a 'character setup fee'? A character setup fee is an extra charge for building the character's visual appearance as a first stage concept, only if a character has no point of reference/hasn't even been drawn yet. This takes more time out of simply getting straight to the point, which is why there is a fee.
- Does this mean that if the character is already made by the owner or a friend, and asks you to draw their character over for either different posing, colored, full body, etc., would it not include the fee? Yes, there would not be a character setup fee on top of the initial charge of service. Since the character has been visually created in some way, shape, or form, that is clearly translatable for the work, there's no need to add the additional cost. As long as it gets the point across, it can be used as a character concept point of reference.
- Can I get a commission that is not listed under the commission journal? Yes, of course, just inquire about what you want and I'll let you know the further details of getting such a commission.
- Do you do art trades? No, I do not do art trades.

WHEN TO EXPECT TO YOUR PURCHASE:
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- Deadlines: Specify reasoning to a deadline if necessary.
- Commercial or resell: The artwork is not made for commercial or resell purposes, otherwise please ask for information.
- Do NOT claim to have made the artwork yourself or that anyone else has made it that is not me.
- Re-posting of the artwork: Please post with credits in the comments, links or just by LeoNeal is fine.
- Revisions: Please be aware that all commissions are allowed revisions but please keep them to a minimum by making sure you include everything you see wrong with the artwork before it is complete.
- Deposits: Commissions are subject to a deposit of 50% of the agreed price upon billing (before I start) and then once completed the remainder is to be paid. If you're a return client you have the option to pay in full. (PLEASE be aware that sending money by a different currency will mean that there will be a difference in numbers when transferring money. Make sure you have your currency added up to equal out your payment to that of USD).
